This Service calculates, estimates, or retrieves publicly available statistics for TikTok videos and profiles. We are not the generators of this data.

2. Disclaimer of Affiliation

You specifically acknowledge that:

• We are NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with TikTok, ByteDance, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.
• The name "TikTok" as well as related names, marks, emblems, and images are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
• This is an independent educational project designed to demonstrate real-time data fetching capabilities from public APIs.

3. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the Service in any way that could damage the Site, the Services, or the general business of counter.complexityrd.site.

You further agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group.
• Scrape, mine, or mass-export data from our Service without explicit written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
• Use the data to mislead others or impersonate official TikTok metrics for commercial gain.
